Shipping Policy

By ordering from our website www.theretrocraft.com, an online property belonging to Creatify Ventures, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We(Creatify ventures) reserve the right to update these terms at anytime without prior notice.

Shipping

• Product prices mentioned on the website are exclusive of Shipping charges, the shipping charges will be as per location entered during checkout.
• We will ship out your order within 1-2 business days in order to ensure that it reaches its destination in time. Any order placed on Saturday/ Sunday the pickup will be raised on Monday, hence the estimated date of delivery shown at the time of ordering would change by 2 additional days. 
• Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days from the date of order placement( Monday to Friday). Upon placement of the order, the estimated shipping and delivery timelines shall be available on order details page. Please note,  The estimated delivery times are indicative, hence there may be some unforeseeable delays, which are beyond our control. 
• In case of delays in delivery beyond the estimated date of delivery, escalations will be done after the completion of the estimated date of delivery. 
• The dates mentioned at the time of checkout by courier partners are also estimated date of delivery. The actual date may or may not change once the tracking link is generated. In case you have a specific time frame within which you need the order to be delivered kindly check with us before ordering.
• If the product you ordered is damaged during shipping we will replace it at no charge to you.
• The details in terms of shipping is restricted to the tracking link. As we do not get the details of the delivery agents ,  hence we would not be able to share with the customers. 

Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (Rs.).
• In case of Cash on delivery orders, our team will send out a confirmation message to the customers number mentioned in the order details for confirmation of the order. Only after confirmation will the order be processed further.
• Orders outside from India will not be processed until payment is received in full.

Refunds

• Order once placed are final.
• In case of any defects( breakage or non functionality) we must be notified with 24 hours from delivery time as mentioned in the tracking details. No requests would be entertained after 24 hours of the delivery time shown in the tracking details of the package.
• We may request that you return the defective order within 5 business days before we agree to redo your order.
• Products will only be returned in case of defects or damage. Design related issues will not be entertained.
• If in any unforeseen circumstances( agreed mutually with us and the buyer) the return has to take place after 24 hours from the time of delivery, it would be the responsibility of the buyer to send the product back to our address at their own cost.
• We would redo/ refund the order value only after receiving the return package at our end.a
